Won't you come (රාවේමේ) Maiden (මගුව) and listen (විනව තගුවා) to the funny thing (වේඩුකනු) ?... with sympathy (කරුණ නේඩුවග)....bringing along(තෝඩුකොනි)
1 After hurrying (වේ වේගමේ චනි) and finding my Lord (නා විභු කනුකොනි) even if he says that it is not possible (වාඩු වලදනිනා) tell him to listen to my message (words) (නා මාට විනුමනි)
2 Did I not think (උංති ගදා) that even if the other woman's (ආ මානිනි) actions (වගලේ) appeared to be great to my beloved (මා චෙලුවුනකේමො ඝනමුග තෝචි) and he forgot me (නනු මරචෙනට නේමනුකොනි), and for him (යතනිකි) in that state of shame (යා මානංබුනම්ථු) nothing will make sense (නේමි තෝචදනු නුංති).
3 Today (නේඩු) the Lord of SObanAdri (ශෝබනාද්රි විභුඩු) with those damsels (ආ චෙලින්ගලසෙ) will dance?? (නටනනු).... Tell Him the action plan (උපායමු තෙල්පි) and bring Him with you (තෝඩුකොනි)
