𑌸𑌾 đ‘ŒŦ𑍍𑌰𑌹𑍍𑌮𑍇𑌤đ‘Œŋ 𑌹𑍋đ‘Œĩ𑌾𑌚 đ‘ŒŦđ‘đ‘Œ°đ‘Œšđ‘đ‘ŒŽđ‘ŒŖđ‘‹ đ‘Œĩ𑌾 𑌏𑌤đ‘ŒĻ𑍍đ‘Œĩđ‘Œŋđ‘Œœđ‘Œ¯đ‘‡ đ‘ŒŽđ‘Œšđ‘€đ‘Œ¯đ‘Œ§đ‘đ‘Œĩ𑌮đ‘Œŋ𑌤đ‘Œŋ 𑌤𑌤𑍋 𑌹𑍈đ‘Œĩ đ‘Œĩđ‘Œŋđ‘ŒĻ𑌾𑌂𑌚𑌕𑌾𑌰 đ‘ŒŦ𑍍𑌰𑌹𑍍𑌮𑍇𑌤đ‘Œŋ āĨĨ 1āĨĨ

"That was Brahman , this was the victory of Brahman on which you exult " she told Indra. Only then did Indra realise that the Spirit was Brahman.

𑌤𑌸𑍍𑌮𑌾đ‘ŒĻ𑍍đ‘Œĩ𑌾 𑌏𑌤𑍇 đ‘ŒĻ𑍇đ‘Œĩ𑌾 𑌅𑌤đ‘Œŋ𑌤𑌰𑌾𑌮đ‘Œŋđ‘Œĩđ‘Œžđ‘Œ¨đ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘Œžđ‘Œ‚đ‘ŒĻ𑍇đ‘Œĩđ‘Œžđ‘Œ¨đ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘ŒĻ𑌗𑍍𑌨đ‘Œŋ𑌰𑍍đ‘Œĩđ‘Œžđ‘Œ¯đ‘đ‘Œ°đ‘Œŋ𑌂đ‘ŒĻ𑍍𑌰𑌸𑍍𑌤𑍇 đ‘Œšđ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘‡đ‘Œ¨đ‘Œ¨đ‘đ‘Œ¨đ‘‡đ‘ŒĻđ‘Œŋ𑌷𑍍𑌠𑌂 đ‘ŒĒ𑌸𑍍đ‘ŒĒ𑌰𑍍đ‘Œļ𑍁𑌸𑍍𑌤𑍇 đ‘Œšđ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘‡đ‘Œ¨đ‘Œ¤đ‘đ‘ŒĒ𑍍𑌰đ‘ŒĨ𑌮𑍋 đ‘Œĩđ‘Œŋđ‘ŒĻ𑌾𑌂𑌚𑌕𑌾𑌰 đ‘ŒŦ𑍍𑌰𑌹𑍍𑌮𑍇𑌤đ‘Œŋ āĨĨ 2āĨĨ

Thus, the gods Agni, Vayu and Indra, excel the other gods, because they came close to knowing Brahman

𑌤𑌸𑍍𑌮𑌾đ‘ŒĻ𑍍đ‘Œĩ𑌾 𑌇𑌂đ‘ŒĻ𑍍𑌰𑍋đ‘ŒŊ𑌤đ‘Œŋ𑌤𑌰𑌾𑌮đ‘Œŋđ‘Œĩđ‘Œžđ‘Œ¨đ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘Œžđ‘Œ‚đ‘ŒĻ𑍇đ‘Œĩ𑌾𑌨𑍍𑌸 đ‘Œšđ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘‡đ‘Œ¨đ‘Œ¨đ‘đ‘Œ¨đ‘‡đ‘ŒĻđ‘Œŋ𑌷𑍍𑌠𑌂 đ‘ŒĒ𑌸𑍍đ‘ŒĒ𑌰𑍍đ‘Œļ 𑌸 đ‘Œšđ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘‡đ‘Œ¨đ‘Œ¤đ‘đ‘ŒĒ𑍍𑌰đ‘ŒĨ𑌮𑍋 đ‘Œĩđ‘Œŋđ‘ŒĻ𑌾𑌂𑌚𑌕𑌾𑌰 đ‘ŒŦ𑍍𑌰𑌹𑍍𑌮𑍇𑌤đ‘Œŋ āĨĨ 3āĨĨ

And Indra excels all the other gods as he was the first to know Brahman.

Such then is the description of Brahman. In the context of his cosmic manisfestation it is He who illuminates the lightning and even makes you wink.

In His manifestation within the Self, it is He who enables the mind to know the external world, to remember and to imagine.

𑌤đ‘ŒĻ𑍍𑌧 𑌤đ‘ŒĻ𑍍đ‘Œĩ𑌨𑌂 𑌨𑌾𑌮 𑌤đ‘ŒĻ𑍍đ‘Œĩ𑌨𑌮đ‘Œŋđ‘Œ¤đ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘đ‘ŒĒ𑌾𑌸đ‘Œŋ𑌤đ‘Œĩđ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘Œ‚ 𑌸 đ‘Œ¯ 𑌏𑌤đ‘ŒĻ𑍇đ‘Œĩ𑌂 đ‘Œĩ𑍇đ‘ŒĻ𑌾𑌭đ‘Œŋ 𑌹𑍈𑌨𑌗𑌂 𑌸𑌰𑍍đ‘Œĩđ‘Œžđ‘ŒŖđ‘Œŋ 𑌭𑍂𑌤𑌾𑌨đ‘Œŋ 𑌸𑌂đ‘Œĩ𑌾𑌂𑌛𑌂𑌤đ‘Œŋ āĨĨ 6āĨĨ

Brahman is known as Tadvanam, and should be worshipped as the Atman of all living beings. He should be thus meditated upon, and he is loved by all who know him thus.

𑌉đ‘ŒĒ𑌨đ‘Œŋ𑌷đ‘ŒĻ𑌂 𑌭𑍋 đ‘ŒŦđ‘đ‘Œ°đ‘‚đ‘Œšđ‘€đ‘Œ¤đ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘đ‘Œ•đ‘đ‘Œ¤đ‘Œž 𑌤 𑌉đ‘ŒĒ𑌨đ‘Œŋ𑌷đ‘ŒĻ𑍍đ‘ŒŦ𑍍𑌰𑌾𑌹𑍍𑌮𑍀𑌂 đ‘Œĩ𑌾đ‘Œĩ 𑌤 𑌉đ‘ŒĒ𑌨đ‘Œŋ𑌷đ‘ŒĻ𑌮đ‘ŒŦ𑍍𑌰𑍂𑌮𑍇𑌤đ‘Œŋ āĨĨ 𑍭āĨĨ

Disciple: Sir, teach to me the saving knowledge. The saving knowledge, which is the knowledge of Brahman has been imparted to you.

𑌤𑌸𑍈 𑌤đ‘ŒĒ𑍋 đ‘ŒĻ𑌮𑌃 𑌕𑌰𑍍𑌮𑍇𑌤đ‘Œŋ đ‘ŒĒ𑍍𑌰𑌤đ‘Œŋ𑌷𑍍𑌠𑌾 đ‘Œĩ𑍇đ‘ŒĻ𑌾𑌃 𑌸𑌰𑍍đ‘Œĩ𑌾𑌂𑌗𑌾𑌨đ‘Œŋ đ‘Œ¸đ‘Œ¤đ‘đ‘Œ¯đ‘ŒŽđ‘Œžđ‘Œ¯đ‘Œ¤đ‘Œ¨đ‘ŒŽđ‘ āĨĨ 𑍮āĨĨ

Austerity, restraint, dedication are the foundations of this saving knowledge. (the Upanishad) Truth resides here.

He who has this knowledge is established in It. All that is infinite, and blissful rests in Brahman, rests in Brahman.

Let my limbs grow strong. Let my speech, vital energy, eyes, ears, vitality become more powerful. May I not deny Brahman and may Brahman not deny me. Let there be no rejection or denial of Brahman by me. May the qualities proclaimed in the Upanishads be in me as I am a devotee of the Atman.
